Visit to Slottskällans Bryggeri (Brewery)
Saturday 5 April 2008, 7pm - 9pm
Slottskällans Bryggeri is a small Uppsala brewery which uses traditional methods to produce a wide range of award winning products, including pale, light and strong ales, pilsner and “Uppsala”, an unpasteurized light ale.
We have booked a special tour and tasting evening in English on April 5. An English-speaking guide will talk about ale’s history, the brewing process and Slottkällans products (and lead a tasting of them). During the tour there will be an opportunity to taste “green ale” direct from one of the giant yeast tanks.
The evening costs 250 kr per head (inclusive of VAT), which is cost price, for EiE network members.
We expect the evening to be popular and are offering places to the EiE network first before advertising more generally - so be sure to book ASAP.
